As an activity at the Warren County Senior Nutrition sites using a combination of seated and standing movements for balance and mobility
As Lunch-n-learn or special event presentations for libraries and other local organizations
As one of the offerings to local senios through a local senior resrouce center
The applications of our programs are widespread due the ability to modify the content to a particular audience or participation group.
